1. Digital products
Because digital products can be downloaded or accessed immediately, all sales are generally final once access has been delivered, unless required by law or unless the product description states otherwise.
If a customer receives immediate access to digital content after payment, cancellation or withdrawal rights may be limited where allowed by applicable law. Product pages should make this clear before checkout.
2. When a refund may be considered
MRB may review refund requests when a product was purchased twice by mistake, the wrong product was delivered, a critical file is missing and cannot be fixed, or the product description was materially inaccurate.
3. When refunds are not provided
Refunds are generally not provided for change of mind, lack of required software, lack of technical skill, incompatible third-party updates, failure to read requirements, or requests after files have been downloaded and used.
4. Custom services
Custom development deposits, milestones, and completed work are governed by the written project agreement or invoice. Work already performed is generally not refundable.
5. How to request a review
Contact support@mrb.ink with your order email, product name, purchase date, issue description, and screenshots or error details if relevant.
6. Chargebacks
If you open a payment dispute or chargeback before contacting MRB, product access and support may be paused while the payment provider reviews the dispute.
7. Support first
Most product issues should be handled through support before a refund decision. Include your order email, product name, screenshots, software version, and a clear description of what went wrong.
