1. Acceptance of terms
By using the MRB website, contacting MRB, booking a call, or purchasing a digital product, you agree to these terms and any additional written agreement that applies to a project or purchase.
2. Website use
You may use the website for lawful purposes only. You may not interfere with the site, attempt unauthorized access, misuse forms, scrape content at scale, or use the website in a way that harms MRB or other users.
3. Services and proposals
Information on the website is general and does not guarantee availability, pricing, deliverables, timelines, or results. Custom development work requires a separate written scope, proposal, invoice, or agreement.
Unless a separate written agreement says otherwise, after final payment the client receives full rights to custom-made deliverables created specifically for their project. MRB shop products, pre-existing tools, general workflows, reusable systems, and background know-how remain governed by their applicable license or agreement.
4. Digital products
Digital product purchases are governed by the product description, checkout terms, refund policy, and license terms. You are responsible for checking compatibility, requirements, and included files before purchase.
Payment, checkout, receipts, and download delivery may be handled by third-party providers. Digital products should be delivered electronically after payment, usually through an email receipt, download page, account access, or checkout-provider link.
Where allowed by law, access to immediately delivered digital content may limit cancellation or withdrawal rights once the customer agrees to instant delivery.
5. Intellectual property
The MRB name, logo, website design, written content, visuals, products, templates, and code are owned by MRB or its licensors unless otherwise stated. You may not copy, resell, redistribute, or claim MRB materials as your own except as allowed by a written agreement or license.
MRB is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or officially connected to Epic Games, Fortnite, or Unreal Editor for Fortnite. Epic Games, Fortnite, and UEFN names and marks belong to their respective owners.
6. Client materials
If you provide files, references, logos, code, accounts, or project materials, you confirm that you have the rights needed to share and use them for the requested work.
7. No guaranteed results
MRB can support production quality, launch preparation, and creative direction, but does not guarantee views, sales, downloads, player counts, retention, revenue, or platform approval.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, MRB is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from website use, product use, or services unless a separate written agreement states otherwise.
